Before CAD process, you need to upload STL files of patient's oral situation. Our digital oral scanner could help elevate efficiency and accuracy.

CAD refers to Computer Aided Design, in this process, you have to import tooth libraries in CAD software, design denture base and make tooth arrangement.

To fabricate denture base, you can use milling machine and PMMA Block or 3D printer.

To choose fitting teeth for your denture, you can use NOBILDENT prefabricated teeth or milling teeth by machine.

Now here comes the last step, that is to cement the teeth to denture base and get wonderful dentures by polishing.
